Shipping from Vancouver Island:
All orders are shipped from our farm located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
Shipping within Canada:
We offer shipping to all provinces and territories within Canada.
Standard Shipping (Canada Post): 3-9 business days
Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping to the United States:
We offer shipping to all states within the US.
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping to selected countries.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Eclipse Farms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Eclipse Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns:
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. Please visit our returns page for details.
