Refund policy
At Eclipse Farms, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
- Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and labels.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.
- Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at pelletsales@shaw.ca
- Once your return is approved, you may ship the item back to 4715 Bench Rd, Duncan, BC, V9L6L7.
- Refunds:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exceptions:
- Sale items are final and non-returnable.
- Returns beyond the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
