Refund policy

At Eclipse Farms, your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and labels.
  2. Proof of Purchase:
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.
  3. Process:
    • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Care team at pelletsales@shaw.ca
    • Once your return is approved, you may ship the item back to 4715 Bench Rd, Duncan, BC, V9L6L7.
  4. Refunds:
    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Sale items are final and non-returnable.
    • Returns beyond the 30-day window cannot be accepted.
